Danny is an award-winning broker with over 18 years of experience across retail, business and corporate banking. Building strong, long-standing relationships is the part of the job he values most and he has a reputation as a problem solver who always finds solutions, no matter the complexity.

What sets Danny apart is the breadth of his experience on both sides of the table. Having owned and operated his own businesses, and served as CFO of a leading Australian animation company, he brings a rare combination of perspectives: banker, broker and business owner. This gives him an instinctive understanding of what his clients are trying to achieve, as well as what lenders need to see, allowing him to move quickly and decisively to find the right solutions.

Outside of work, Danny finds his greatest joy with his wife Lisa and their children Hayden and Chelsea. A passionate fitness and sports enthusiast, he has a particular love for basketball and mixed martial arts pursuits he trains and competes in regularly, keeping fit while satisfying a healthy competitive spirit.

Michael brings over 16 years of banking and law experience to Mont Capital, combining  commercial & legal  judgement with a practical, human approach to finance.

His career reflects a unique blend of legal expertise, commercial banking and industry leadership. From practising as a Solicitor of the NSW Supreme Court to holding senior roles with NAB and Judo Bank, and serving as Chairman of the FINSIA NSW Young Finance Professionals Committee, Michael has developed specialist expertise across cash flow lending, leveraged finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as property and equipment finance bringing a level of commercial insight rarely found in the broking industry.

As a lawyer &  banker turned broker, Michael has sat on the other side of the table. He understands how lender credit teams think, what makes a submission compelling, and where flexibility can actually be found.

Outside of work, Michael spends his time with his wife Kathy and sons Huxley and Grayson, usually somewhere outdoors, near a beach, or packed for a 4WD camping trip. He is also an avid scuba diver, long-time follower of mixed martial arts, and competes in PRS and IPSC shooting competitions hobbies that, much like finance, reward preparation, discipline, and staying calm when things get loud.

With over 18 years of experience across accounting and finance, Kathy has built her career around a genuine passion for helping people achieve their personal and commercial goals. With a foundation in accountancy and extensive experience as a Senior Business Banker, she brings a rare blend of technical expertise and commercial insight.

At Mont Capital, Kathy delivers a highly personalised client experience. She works closely with business owners, professionals and growing enterprises across lending, cash flow, business structuring and long-term financial strategy, supporting clients through every stage of growth. Her approach is built on genuine relationships, commercial thinking and a natural ability to identify opportunities and connect people across industries.

Outside of work, Kathy is a proud mum of two energetic boys who enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and making the most of the outdoors. She has always been drawn to adventure, having ticked off skydiving, bungee jumping and abseiling, which reflects a mindset of stepping outside her comfort zone and challenging conventional thinking. It's an outlook that shapes both her life and career, encouraging her to approach challenges with curiosity, think differently and remain grounded by helping the people around her grow and thrive.

Mark brings over 17 years of banking experience to Mont Capital, including extensive work across SME and retail banking in the Philippines. His background has shaped strong capabilities in financial analysis and relationship management, skills he now puts to work structuring and refining every submission that leaves our desks.

Behind every clean approval is careful credit work, and that's where Mark thrives. He's the detail-oriented engine room of the team, ensuring deals are packaged thoughtfully and presented to lenders with the rigour they expect.

Outside of work, Mark expresses his creativity through music, plays table tennis and takes on DIY projects. He's also an avid gamer and a proud anime fan. Above all, Mark values quality time with his wife Hannah and their children Isaac and Seth, who continue to inspire and motivate him.

Justin is a Commerce student majoring in Finance with a strong interest in property finance, lending and capital markets. Through his cadetship in mortgage and finance broking, he is gaining hands-on experience across commercial and residential lending, building expertise in financial analysis, client relationships and structuring lending solutions.

Pairing university study with industry experience has given Justin early, practical insight into how lenders, brokers and clients work together, grounded in an appreciation for how the right financial decisions shape business growth and long-term wealth creation.

Outside of work, Justin is a keen runner currently training for a half marathon, with his sights set on the Sydney Marathon. Looking ahead, he is focused on building deep expertise in property finance and establishing himself as a trusted finance professional.
